Lucy Partridge, NP

Registered Nurse

With nearly a decade of experience in aesthetics, Lucy combines medical expertise, artistry, and a patient-centered approach to create natural, personalized results.

She began her academic journey at Muhlenberg College in Pennsylvania, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Business before pursuing both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Nursing. Lucy started her Nurse Practitioner career in primary care, where she built a strong medical foundation before discovering her passion for aesthetics, a field that allowed her to combine her clinical expertise with her love of connecting with people and building meaningful, trusting relationships.

Dedicated to continued education and delivering the highest standard of care, Lucy has trained with world-renowned experts in the aesthetics industry, including Julie Horne for advanced lip filler techniques in Switzerland, the “Cannula King,” Dr. Don Rainone for advanced cannula techniques, and Dr. Chris Surek for cadaver anatomy training.

Lucy believes the most beautiful and lasting results come from a personalized approach that incorporates multiple treatment modalities along with medical-grade skincare, rather than relying on a single treatment alone or a “quick fix”. Known for being conscientious and detail-oriented, she is passionate about helping patients feel confident, comfortable, and cared for throughout their aesthetic journey. Outside of work, Lucy lives in Andover with her husband, their baby boy, and their dog. She loves traveling and exploring new places, but since starting her family she has also grown to appreciate local adventures, slower weekends, and spending summer days on Cape Cod.

Emily Citro

Aesthetician

Emily Citro is a dual-licensed Master Aesthetician and Cosmetologist with over a decade of experience in the beauty and skincare industry. She completed the 1,200-hour Master Esthetics Program at the prestigious Catherine Hinds Institute of Esthetics, where she developed a comprehensive foundation in advanced treatment protocols and clinical skin analysis.

With more than ten years of hands-on experience, Emily specializes in creating customized, results-driven treatment plans designed to address the root cause of skin concerns rather than simply treating surface symptoms. She is particularly passionate about treating aging skin and takes a strategic approach grounded in education, consistency, and long-term skin health.

Emily firmly believes that in-office treatments and proper home care must work together to achieve optimal outcomes. For this reason, she prioritizes client education and develops comprehensive at-home regimens tailored to each individual’s goals, skin condition, and lifestyle.

Committed to ongoing professional development, Emily continually advances her knowledge to remain aligned with the latest innovations and best practices within the skincare industry. Her mission is to provide strategic, personalized care that delivers visible, lasting results while empowering clients with the confidence and knowledge to maintain healthy, radiant skin. Emily has received advanced training in laser modalities, including the Sciton BBL and MOXI laser platform.
